Anthony, better known as "Tony", Lizzmore was born in Jacksonville, Florida on September 22, 1948. His childhood in Jacksonville instilled integrity, an exceptional work ethic, honesty, and humility. This very proud family man was known as a sharp dresser, loved to dance listen to jazz tunes, play the lottery, and primp in the mirror.
